LICENSED PRACTICAL NURSE $7200 Sign on bonus
JOB SUMMARYWith a patient-centered culture, the Licensed Practical Nurse will -as directed by the RN and defined in the state's Scope of Practice- provide direct patient care, meeting the physical, age-specific, social, mental status, cultural and spiritual needs of the patients in accordance department guidelines.
POSITION QUALIFICATIONS/REQUIREMENTS EducationIncumbent must be a graduate from a school of nursing.
Licensure and Certifications Current West Virginia license, which is renewed on a yearly basis.
Must possess BLS certification within probationary period.
ExperienceEffective interpersonal communication skills in order to effectively collaborate with registered nurses, physicians, and instruct patients and their families Recommended Skills Basic Life Support Health Care Interpersonal Communications Licensed Practical Nurse Nursing Mental Status Examination Estimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.
